My husband and I visited your showroom in hopes of purchasing a new Nissan Rogue. From the start of this buying experience, our salesperson, Bob Steffan, was extremely informative and accommodating in finding just the vehicle I wanted. This meant looking around Louisville to find the color that I really liked. In minutes he had located the vehicle and assured me he could have the vehicle at Byerly that afternoon and ready bright and early Saturday morning for our tailgating trip to Lexington. As promised, at 10:00 a.m. when we pulled into the parking lot, our new vehicle was prepped and ready to drive off the lot. The last thing that needed to be done was signing the finance documents. At that point, we were lead to the office of Randy Waiz to finish our paperwork. Randy made this process completely seamless. In fact, he went above and beyond and managed to secure an additional $800 in refunds that we were not aware we even had coming. I know you are probably asking yourself how. During our meeting, Randy asked if we had purchased GAP financing and any Extended Warranty on our trade-in vehicle. If so, he mentioned that there was the possibility we could be due partial refunds for the unused portions of this coverage. After returning home that evening, I discovered that we had purchased both and sent my husband back to the previous dealership with the new purchase order from Byerly, provided by Randy without having to ask, and the original documentation on both of these purchases. Much to my husband's surprise, we were told that we had refunds coming on both of these contracts.
Since I am a novice in the car buying area, had it not been for Randy's questions, we would never have thought to look into either one of these purchase agreements. Thanks to his inquiries, we are expecting $800 in refunds over the next six weeks. I wanted to let you know that both of these employees went above and beyond during this buying experience and made it the most pleasant I have ever had in 36 years of car buying.
